Convivio originates from the idea of being together—gathering to share moments and engage in dialogue—bringing light back to the center of a shared presence. It is defined by an essential geometry: a vertical surface with a small base that allows it to stand on a surface or, when inverted, to be hung from a structure or a shelf. A circular plane is cut from the surface and rotates to support a candle or small objects. The mirrored stainless steel reflects the light, while matte profiles create a contrast that enhances the dialogue between solids, voids and reflections. A multifunctional object, it can also be used as a bookend, opening up unexpected interactions. Convivio is an open, reconfigurable system that turns light into a shared element. Inspired by the original role of light as a point of aggregation, it defines a space where presence and exchange can emerge, proposing light as a catalyst for conviviality.
